It was an early November morning in the Hoh Rain Forest, a brisk 30 degrees. As sunlight entered the grove and reached the forest floor, the dew and frost would steam off into beautiful rays and swirls the reached for the sunlit canopies above. There was little movement beyond the swirling displays of steam, the stillness of the early hour still holding the forest as if time stood still.
