Spring '17
Mar 2017
Lancaster, CA
That pop of orange that the poppies bring after a good winter never gets old. This year the yellow flowers were especially strong as well–so much so that they gave off a scent, a light floral scent akin to jasmine or honeysuckle. The Antelope Valley is a typically a dry, dusty place full of muted colors, but in the spring, especially after a wet winter, it truly awakens.
